They did A good job... But I Think Blue Beacon should upgrade. For the price they should offer. Flatbed all winch racks A wash. Car haulers, low boys, Heavy haul, winch racks & deck power wash for road kill, & debris. All Conestoga trailer s A soaking & rinse of the roof. It gets dirty, you need it especially after winter. The roofs will last longer plus they are white for as much light in there as possible. They say they can't wash what they can't see ADD MIRRORS. it would help also bring back the under carriage wash. Even if it coming in the first 5 feet then ten feet of the door. Straight up under the truck and trailer... it would help add extra life to the truck and trailer. Dirt rust, road debris and chemicals from the winter. Thanks. Usually I ad And leave A tip and the guys help. Your staff does A great Job...

Great job as always. There was 8 Truck&trailer and they still took the time to do an excellent job. The poor guys look exhausted but their dedication is impeccable. I really hope the owner take care of their workers with bonuses depending on their services and performance. Because this location is one bay and they stii get in and out record breaking # of Trucks & trailers in 1 hour. Thank you so much for the hard work of all the associates working here in the Dexter Blue Beacon. You guys are warriors and should be proud of the performance 👏 🙌 👌 👍 ❤️ 💪.

The supervisor here does a great job and personally checks every truck. That kind of attention to detail really makes a difference. If all Blue Beacon locations worked this way, the overall experience would be much better.

Extremely disappointed! This blue beacon was the one to beat back in the day ! I went out with your technician and showed him what was aluminum an durabrights asked if he knew how to flash he said yes . Well I’m glad he didn’t flash any of the aluminum because they don’t even know how to properly wash a truck . My truck is a 2018 and still in mint shape . I had to spend 1 1/2 hours detailing it in the Ta parking lot in this cold weather to make it look half decent. They didn’t wash any mudflaps or weights , no fenders or my frame rails . They didn’t bother rinsing it enough so I’m covered in the soap and salt . Not as noticeable on my white but it’s still covered very noticeable covered on the blue . I still had to detail the entire truck . What a waste of money and my po# Here are pictures of all the missed spots I should have taken pictures of the other side too but I didn’t I was just to angry and disappointed! Here is also two pictures of what it looked like after I spent an 1 1/2 in a cold parking lot detailing . Didn’t touch the tank because I can’t reach it in a parking lot. .Again extremely disappointed and will not be back .
